Steps to make 熊猫抹茶可可饼干

  • 1.低筋面粉125g过筛
  • 2.黄油室温软化
  • 3.糖粉40g过筛
  • 4.黄油碾碎
  • 5.黄油、糖分、面粉揉均匀,像面包屑一样
  • 6.打一颗鸡蛋
  • 7.加入20g蛋液
  • 8.揉成面团
  • 9.分别分为125g,85g,40g左右
  • 10.125g加入抹茶粉
  • 11.40g加入可可粉,85g加入5g低筋面粉
  • 12.揉成三种颜色的面团
  • 13.取一部分黄色面团铺平
  • 14.取一部分可可面团放在中间部位当作鼻子
  • 15.取一部分黄色面团盖在上面
  • 16.取两块可可面团当作眼睛
  • 17.用其余黄色面团盖上
  • 18.取一部分抹茶面团放在上方正中间,其余可可面团分成两块,当作耳朵
  • 19.最后把所有抹茶面团裹在最外面
  • 20.裹好放进冰箱冷冻35分钟
  • 21.取出切0.4厘米左右的片
  • 22.烤箱165度上下火预热15分钟
  • 23.我家烤箱烤了25分钟左右,烤箱不同,时间温度自行调整下
