  • 4.焯过水的五花肉放入砂锅中,加入所有调料。
  • 5.加入啤酒稍稍莫过食材。
  • 6.大火烧沸转小火炖制。
  • 7.大约炖至30分钟,加入腐皮结和食盐盖上盖子继续小火炖制。
  • 8.炖制五花肉软烂,改大火把汤汁稍稍收浓即可。
