腊肠煲仔饭

Steps to make 腊肠煲仔饭

  • 1.大米洗净浸泡半个小时。
  • 2.腊肠提前蒸好,也可以用生的。
  • 3.浸泡后的米加水,比平时蒸米饭的水略少一点,我喜欢用电饭煲的内胆量,有刻度便于掌握水量。
  • 4.珐琅锅预热入油。
  • 5.倒入米的水铺均匀。
  • 6.盖上盖子煮沸,大火煮沸转小火煮八分钟关火。
  • 7.开过已没有水了,将腊肠铺好。
  • 8.中间磕入两个鸡蛋,沿锅边淋入油。
  • 9.盖上盖子开火继续焖煮五分钟,关火就不要再打开盖子了,再焖二十分钟左右,喜欢有锅巴可以多煮几分钟再关火。
  • 10.小碗中加入盐,蚝油,糖,酱油搅拌均匀,米饭时候均匀淋入。
  • 11.出锅撒入小葱即可。
  • 12.成品图。
  • 13.食用前拌均匀即可,掌握火候一点都不沾,还有锅巴吃哦!
