台湾风味烤肠
烤肠还是自己做的放心,之所以要自己灌,就是看见灌肠的地方给顾客灌的时候,肉根本不能流水洗净,血水还在上面,就咬咬牙自己做好了,至少图个放心,吃起来也更鲜香适口

Steps to make 台湾风味烤肠

  • 1.准备猪后腿肉5斤,洗净血水
  • 2.用刀切成拇指大的肉粒
  • 3.倒入香肠料,和白酒,搅拌均匀
  • 4.肠衣先用水浸泡半小时
  • 5.开始灌肠,图为灌好的香肠
  • 6.用棉线分段系好,擦去表面的油脂,用针刺破肠衣,每段多刺几个小孔
  • 7.晾晒在背阴通风处,我放在阳台上了,两三天表皮干爽即可
  • 8.晾好后的肠,烤盘上铺上一层锡纸,180度,30分钟,即可
