关了好多天,终于等到物流开通,拿到了小奇福饼干,学做了一次雪花酥

  • 棉花糖150g
  • 蔓越莓干60g
  • 奶粉50g
  • 奶粉手粉10g
  • 无盐黄油50g
  • 花生米25g
  • 腰果25g
  • 开心果25g
  • 葡萄干15g

Steps to make 雪花酥

  • 1.所有材料全部称好,忙起来了就没空称了。
  • 2.一定要用不沾锅,小火,先软化黄油。
  • 3.黄油化了倒入棉花糖,不停的搅拌翻动。
  • 4.棉花糖溶化起大泡了,与黄油也基本溶在一起了下奶粉,关火,速度翻拌。
  • 5.下干果和果脯,速度翻拌。
  • 6.下饼干,简单翻几下。
  • 7.倒入不沾盘内,戴上一次性手套趁热翻动,尽量让饼干裹上液体,然后借助刮刀按压整理成型。
  • 8.洒上奶粉。
  • 9.冷却后切块,切面也可洒上奶粉,方便存放。
