番茄牛肉汤
买了一块牛的肋条肉,肥瘦相间,烤或者炖汤都不错,正好家中有番茄,就炖汤了,味美汤浓,瘦而不柴,肥而不腻,鲜美得很!

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.牛肉切块,加葱,姜,清水烧开,关门焖几分钟。
  • 3.煮熟的牛肉温水洗净。
  • 4.再次加入葱,姜,热水再次煮开。
  • 5.改小火炖到牛肉酥烂。
  • 6.番茄去皮,切块。
  • 7.热锅凉油,(一点点的油就可以),煸炒番茄块。
  • 8.将番茄翻炒变软,出汤汁就可以。
  • 9.炒好的番茄加入牛肉汤中,加少许的盐调味,烧开,大火煮几分钟就可以。
  • 10.鲜美味浓的番茄牛肉汤就好了。
