  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.西兰花掰成小朵洗净沥干。
  • 3.锅中煮水,加少量盐。
  • 4.水开时,将西兰花倒下去。
  • 5.加少量花生油,保持漂亮颜色。
  • 6.水再次沸腾时捞起沥干。
  • 7.晾凉。
  • 8.在一个大碗里照着碗型尽量拼回西兰花原来的形状。
  • 9.拿盘子盖在碗上,然后倒扣出来就行了。
  • 10.倒适量蚝油做蘸料。
  • 11.撒上红椒末,就可以开吃了。
