糖霜奶黄面包棒
家里奶黄馅太多,露珠懒,直接X宝败的5斤装的奶黄馅回来,所以要抓紧时间消耗掉,奶黄包已经吃腻掉了,所以只能换种方式来消耗 !此款面包棒一做出来,老妈和我就一根接一根的,好吃的停不下来!小小的一个,吃起来很方便,而且也不会出现大面包吃不完的现象!(没有奶黄馅的亲,直接把奶黄馅换成黄油20g就可以了,其他不变)

  • 中筋面粉200g
  • 耐高糖酵母3g
  • 细砂糖or糖粉25g
  • 2g
  • 牛奶130ml(根据自家面粉调整)
  • 奶黄馅60g
  • 糖粉or细砂糖随意(表面用)

Steps to make 糖霜奶黄面包棒

  • 1.将糖粉、高筯面粉、盐放进盆里搅拌均匀。再放入干酵母粉搅拌均匀。
  • 2.把搅拌桶安到厨师机上,倒入适量的牛奶,开始搅拌。一边搅拌,一边根据面团情况酌情添加牛奶。
  • 3.揉面成扩展阶段的时候,加入奶黄馅,继续揉至面团出手套膜状态。
  • 4.露珠的厨师机20分钟出膜的。(出膜就是拉开成薄膜后,用手指戳开,破洞边缘平整光滑即可)
  • 5.用擀面棍将面团擀成厚度约0.5cm的长方形面片,将面片切成约1.5 - 2cm宽的小条。放入烤盘。(烤盘事先铺好烘培油布Or烘培油纸)(长度根据自己喜好可调整长短)
  • 6.把面片整齐有间隔的排入烤盘中,放入烤箱,用发酵档发酵约30分钟。同样烤箱里放盘水保湿。
  • 7.发酵完成后,取出面团,在表面刷层水(不怕麻烦的可以刷蛋白液),撒上适量糖粉或细砂糖。(刷水或者刷蛋白液,是为了能黏住更多的糖粉颗粒)
  • 8.放入已经预热到180度的烤箱,烘烤15 - 20分钟左右至表面上色即可。(喜欢吃硬点的延长时间)
