  • 1.准备好食材,嫩豆腐洗净切块,香葱,小米辣分别切好。
  • 2.再来调个碗汁:碗中放糟辣酱2勺,也可以放蒜蓉辣椒酱或者老干妈豆豉辣酱。
  • 3.放入蚝油1勺,不喜欢蚝油的可以不放。
  • 4.放生抽2勺,味极鲜酱油或者一品鲜酱油都可以。
  • 5.放白糖0.5勺,白糖增鲜提味,不喜欢可以不放。
  • 6.放入半碗水搅匀备用。
  • 7.热锅凉油放入嫩豆腐平铺好稍煎一下定型,不要用锅铲去翻动。
  • 8.四周淋入打散的蛋液,鸡蛋有点小用了4个,如果鸡蛋够大3个就可以了。
  • 9.煎至四周稍微定型,放小米辣和葱白。
  • 10.倒入调好的料汁,煮2~3分钟入味。
  • 11.关火撒葱花,盛出即可。
