  • 1.山药清洗干净上锅蒸15分钟。(先蒸熟后去皮,防止氧化变黑,外皮口感还不硬)
  • 2.蒸熟后的山药用刮刀去皮。
  • 3.切成长短一致的小段。
  • 4.小碗里放入白糖。
  • 5.倒入番茄酱。
  • 6.倒入白醋。
  • 7.搅拌均匀。
  • 8.如果感觉稠就加少许温开水稀释,搅拌均匀。
  • 9.开小火,锅里放入少量油,倒入调好的汁。
  • 10.倒入山药翻炒均匀,稍微收汁即可出锅。
