冬瓜在夏天吃可以清暑消肿,我本来不太爱吃冬瓜的,因为冬瓜本身味道清淡,但是加了虾皮和鸡汤之后,鲜度提升,美味升级啦~

  • 1.准备好所有的食材
  • 2.将冬瓜切成0.5厘米的薄片
  • 3.准备好鸡汤、虾皮、葱花、油和盐
  • 4.平菇撕成小片之后,和冬瓜一起平铺摆盘,撒上虾皮
  • 5.加入适量的盐,鸡汤均匀倒入。放入蒸烤箱,选择蒸汽模式,110度蒸25分钟
  • 6.蒸完之后取出撒上葱花点缀即可
