Steps to make 牛肉煲

  • 1.牛里脊切片,切好后放入盘子中。
  • 2.放入料酒、生抽、蚝油、盐、淀粉抓匀后封油腌制。
  • 3.青菜切段备用,葱切段,姜切丝,蒜切片,小米辣切段,金针菇切去尾巴,洋葱切长条块备用。
  • 4.珐琅锅内倒入油,放入洋葱、姜蒜在底部盖上金针菇、其他青菜,盖上牛肉。
  • 5.加清水煮 开锅加入小米辣、葱花焖煮5分钟。
  • 6.香喷喷的牛肉煲就完成了。
