  • 1.备好食材:如图南瓜丁,鸡胸肉丁,香菇需提前泡发,切点蒜末,红葱头。
  • 2.隔夜米饭一大碗。
  • 3.鸡胸肉放姜,胡椒粉,盐,生抽,糖,生粉,油拌匀腌制一下,热锅放油放鸡胸肉一起炒至八分熟,盛出备用。
  • 4.再另起锅放油,下香菇,蒜末,红葱头炒香。
  • 5.下南瓜丁炒一下下。
  • 6.加适量的开水煮大约三至五分钟。
  • 7.将之前炒的鸡胸肉放回锅中。
  • 8.将米飯铺在上面,加盖子焗几分钟。
  • 9.切点葱花。
  • 10.焗好的饭拌匀撒上葱花就完成了。
