清蒸鲈鱼

Steps to make 清蒸鲈鱼

  • 1.1、将杀好的鲈鱼洗干净。
  • 2.2、用刀在鱼两面斜划几刀。
  • 3.3、用少量盐在鱼身上抹一遍,再用啤酒抹一遍,去腥味。
  • 4.4、在鱼肚子塞上葱段。
  • 5.5、在鱼身上每个刀口塞一片生姜,鱼身下垫几片生姜,腌制30分钟。
  • 6.6、锅内加水烧开,将腌制好的鱼放入,大火蒸5-7分钟。关火不开盖,再焖5分钟。
  • 7.7、取出鱼盘,淋上李锦记蒸鱼酱油。
  • 8.8、油烧熟,趁热浇在鱼身上。清蒸鲈鱼就做好了。
