【豆腐冰淇淋】—做不一样的冰淇淋
冰淇淋大家都是吃过的,什么芒果味,草莓味,巧克力味的、、、很多种味道的都有。但是内酯豆腐做的冰淇淋没有吃过吧?想像一下滑嫩细腻的豆腐加入了奶油,就有很香很浓的味道。

内脂豆腐:用葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯为凝固剂生产的豆腐。改变了传统的用卤水点豆腐的制作方法,可减少蛋白质流失,并使豆腐的保水率提高,比常规方法多出豆腐近1倍;且豆腐质地细嫩、有光泽,适口性好,清洁卫生。

  • 1.2个蛋黄里加入糖拌匀。
  • 2.牛奶放在锅里煮到快要开时,倒在蛋液里,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.豆腐用勺子碾碎。
  • 4.加入在蛋液里拌匀。
  • 5.淡奶油隔冰水打发成粘稠状。
  • 6.将打发好的淡奶油倒在蛋液里搅拌均匀。
  • 7.放冰箱里冷冻4个小时以上,用勺子挖出来,还可以加点红豆、水果碎什么的。
