拉丝红豆鲷鱼烧

  • 鲷鱼烧预拌粉200g
  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 牛奶100g
  • 100g
  • 红豆200g
  • 豆沙60g
  • 白糖30g
  • 白砂糖30g
  • 黄油30g
  • 糯米粉25g
  • 木薯粉15g
  • 牛奶130ml
  • 白砂糖5g
  • 黄油5g
  • 吉士粉5g(可不放)

Steps to make 拉丝红豆鲷鱼烧

  • 1.红豆淘洗干净后放高压锅中加白糖和清水压二十分钟左右。
  • 2.待其冷却后捞出沥干水份。
  • 3.加入豆沙馅搅拌均匀备用。也可以用一部分煮好的红豆打成泥,做成豆沙馅。
  • 4.准备好所有食材。
  • 5.先将糯米粉和木薯粉混合过筛。
  • 6.加入牛奶中搅拌均匀。
  • 7.筛入吉士粉增香,没有可不放。
  • 8.将牛奶一边小火加热一边不停搅拌,直至牛奶液成糊状。
  • 9.趁热加入5克黄油,继续搅拌至黄油融合进面糊。
  • 10.搅拌至面糊可以拉出长的像绸缎一样糊状。
  • 11.装入碗中,盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏备用。
  • 12.接着准备鲷鱼烧面糊。
  • 13.鸡蛋加牛奶打散打匀。
  • 14.倒入过筛过的鲷鱼烧预拌粉混合均匀。
  • 15.加入融化的黄油再次搅拌均匀,静置一刻钟左右。
  • 16.预热电饼铛,鲷鱼烧烤盘刷一层薄油。
  • 17.舀一匙面糊在鲷鱼模具的上部分。
  • 18.放入一匙红豆馅。
  • 19.再放入一小块麻薯馅。
  • 20.最后再舀一匙面糊将馅料盖住。
  • 21.盖上盖子烘烤三分钟。
  • 22.将电饼铛机倒过来再烘烤两分钟左右。
  • 23.打开盖子,鲷鱼烧就做好了。
  • 24.软糯香甜,可以拉丝的鲷鱼烧来一块吧。
