膨鱼腮炖猪横脷瘦肉汤
膨鱼鳃.....清热消炎, 解毒抗癌, 膨鱼鳃主要有清热、透疹、解毒和催乳等作用,常用于治疗麻疹、痘毒、
乳汁稀少等症。民间习惯用来煲汤或煮粥给小儿食,以促使麻疹及时发齐,并清除痘疹之毒。
此汤对小孩子常扁桃体发炎有效,清肝火,润肺,如果发烧,可以加入青天葵效果很好!家有宝贝的家长可以参考食用!
以下是约2-3人的份量~3-4碗汤~

  • 猪横脷1条
  • 瘦肉150G

Steps to make 膨鱼腮炖猪横脷瘦肉汤

  • 1.猪横脷洗净,切掉白色的脂肪层,切成段;
  • 2.腱子肉切块;
  • 3.冷水下猪横脷,腱子肉和姜片,焯掉血水后再用清水过净备用
  • 4.膨鱼腮最好提前一小时泡发,洗净小沙子,以免影响汤的口感
  • 5.备蜜枣2小粒,无花果,陈皮,洗净备用;
  • 6.把刚才备好的所有材料放入炖盅内;
  • 7.注入约3-4碗左右的开水;电子炖盅外围也注入开水至最高水位丝,盖上盖子炖约2.5-3小时左右!食用前加盐调味即可!
