鲫鱼萝卜汤

Steps to make 鲫鱼萝卜汤

  • 1.新鲜鲫鱼两条去鳞去内脏。
  • 2.洗干净后用料酒和盐涂抹鱼的全身,放入姜丝腌制20分钟。
  • 3.青萝卜去皮切丝,或者用白萝卜也可以。
  • 4.把香菜和葱洗干净切段,姜切片。
  • 5.锅里热7成油,把鲫鱼放入煎至焦黄。
  • 6.轻轻把另一面翻过来煎,从来锅边沿倒入少许料酒去腥味。
  • 7.加适量的水,大火烧开10分钟。
  • 8.加入萝卜丝一起炖。
  • 9.再煮10分钟后加入少许的胡椒粉。
  • 10.加入适量的盐调味,煮3分钟左右。
  • 11.把香菜葱花放入。
  • 12.即可关火上盘。
  • 13.鱼一定要煎至两面焦黄,才能放入热水,这样熬出来的汤才会白。
