  • 1.将扁豆角去筋,清洗干净切成丝,青椒去蒂和籽,清洗干净切成丝装入盘中待用。
  • 2.热锅放油爆香葱姜末。
  • 3.倒入扁豆角丝翻炒均匀,加入精盐,五香粉。
  • 4.翻炒均匀加入青椒丝。
  • 5.翻炒均匀,将双丝炒熟,最后加入味精调味,出锅装入盘中待用。
  • 6.热锅放油放入葱姜末,熟肉末炒香。
  • 7.倒入青椒末翻炒均匀,加入精盐,五香粉,欣和葱伴侣豆瓣酱。
  • 8.翻炒均匀,最后加入味精调味,出锅装入碗中待用。
  • 9.将面条放入滚水锅子煮熟。
  • 10.捞出,过凉放在炒好的双丝上。
  • 11.将炸好的青椒肉末酱淋在面条的上面,吃就时候拌开就可以了。
