  • 1.鸡洗净切小块。
  • 2.热锅冷油,放入鸡块翻炒。
  • 3.至鸡皮中的油被炒出。
  • 4.加入生抽和料酒,炒香。
  • 5.加入水,姜,干辣椒,八角,花椒,冰糖,小火煮30分钟左右。
  • 6.板栗洗净剥壳备用,我是直接买的剥好的。
  • 7.放入板栗,继续煮30分钟左右,至板栗酥软。
  • 8.开盖收汁即可。
