自制虾粉
自从有了维仕美破壁机,一下子把做美食的范围扩大了好多。想用虾粉做一个西式的菜泥沙拉,但是以前很难把虾皮打成很细的粉。有了破壁机,这就可以轻松实现了。而且打出来的虾粉超级细腻,就和我们平时用的面粉一模一样。用它给沙拉调味,超级棒哦。还可以用来做很多的虾味的小零食,这些都在以后分享啦。

Steps to make 自制虾粉

  • 1.干虾皮,如果虾皮潮湿,就放到太阳下晒干
  • 2.把虾皮放入破壁机的杯中
  • 3.开启研磨功能
  • 4.研磨功能结束,虾皮在里面就变成粉了。
  • 5.我打开了一下进料口,虾皮粉好细,都变成了烟气飞了出来
  • 6.已经研磨成粉的虾皮
  • 7.这是盖子里面,飞扬的虾粉沾到了上面,我用手指划了一下,就看到了划的印迹,那上面的粉手感都是滑滑的,可见有多么的细腻
  • 8.用网筛晒一下,一下就全部漏下去了,一点粗的渣子都没有
  • 9.得到的细腻的虾粉,给沙拉调味,或者做些小咸点,都是非常棒的
