坚果曲奇饼干

Steps to make 坚果曲奇饼干

  • 1.称好材量。
  • 2.黄油室温软化。
  • 3.用打蛋器低速搅打至松散。
  • 4.一次性加入细砂糖和糖粉。
  • 5.打发到黄油的体积膨大,颜色变浅。
  • 6.分六次加入蛋液,每一次加入蛋液后都要搅打至黄油和蛋液完全融合,再加入下一次蛋液。
  • 7.打发好的黄油和鸡蛋完全融合,没有分离的现象,状态蓬松。
  • 8.把低筋面粉过筛至打发好的黄油糊里。
  • 9.用橡皮刮刀轻轻翻拌均匀。
  • 10.把裱花嘴装入裱花袋,把裱花袋的口打开,把曲奇面糊装进去。
  • 11.在铺有油纸的烤盘里挤出自己喜欢的大小的曲奇生胚。
  • 12.表面粘上坚果。我用了腰果 和杏仁。
  • 13.放入预热好的烤箱,200度,中层,上下火,15分钟左右,烤至曲奇怪表面微黄色即可出炉。
  • 14.烤完放到烤架上晾凉,然后装罐密封。
