自制细腻的红豆沙
红豆沙在中式面点或西点中经常用到,比如豆沙酥、豆沙面包、豆沙卷等等。我家宝贝非常喜欢吃红豆馅的甜点,外面卖的豆沙口感都偏甜,而且感觉没有豆香味。所以红豆沙我基本都是自己炒,这是一项非常辛苦的活儿,特别是在室温36度的厨房里,站在灶台边呆上个把小时,不停地翻炒,辛苦可想而之。幸而自己是带着兴趣去做的,有着种种成功的满足感。吃货们,为了健康,一起跟着做起来吧*

  • 白砂糖40克

Steps to make 自制细腻的红豆沙

  • 1.红豆用水清洗干净,沥干水平铺在电压力锅里,加入400克的清水,盖上锅盖,定时18分钟。
  • 2.红豆煮好后,加入适量的水用料理机打碎,然后倒入平底锅炒干水份。
  • 3.加入猪油翻炒片刻后,接着分次加入白砂糖翻炒。
  • 4.炒至豆沙偏干,搅动有点费劲即可。
  • 5.出锅装盘放凉后,加蜂蜜拌匀,密封冷藏或冷冻保存。
