  • 2.红薯蒸熟捣泥。
  • 3.取100克红薯泥与其他面团料一起放入大碗。
  • 4.揉成光滑面团,盖上保鲜膜发酵。
  • 5.面团长大至两倍,发酵完成。
  • 6.将发酵好的面团分割成10等分。
  • 7.德式啤酒伴侣火腿切成约2毫米厚的圆片,备用。
  • 8.取一块面皮按扁。
  • 9.放一片火腿,
  • 10.将面皮边缘向中间收拢。
  • 11.包起,捏紧收口。
  • 12.收口向下放置。备用。
