    Steps to make 杨枝甘露

    • 1.芒果切丁
    • 2.将4个芒果的果肉混合椰奶、白糖,放入搅拌机搅拌成椰奶芒果浆,放入冰箱冷藏备用
    • 3.锅中煮水,水沸后放入西米煮1分钟,盖上盖子焖20分钟后,取出过凉,此时西米中间还有小白点
    • 4.焖西米的同时将西柚剥离出丝,放入冰箱冷藏备用
    • 5.另煮一锅水,水沸后,放入过凉的西米,继续煮5、6分钟至西米几乎完全透明盛出过凉即可
    • 6.取出芒果椰汁浆,和西米混合在一起,淋上少许淡奶油,加芒果丁、西柚丝装饰即可
