Steps to make 蟹柳日本豆腐

  • 1.蟹柳洗净,切成小段 (加热后会散开成条状),虾去皮和黑线。葱切末。
  • 2.日本豆腐从中间切开,倒入盘中切成小块。
  • 3.锅中放适量油,小火,将沾满生粉的豆腐块放入油炸。
  • 4.两面都炸好后,将豆腐块捞出控油。
  • 5.锅中放少量油,放入葱末和蟹柳,虾仁翻炒。
  • 6.将蚝油,料酒,甜酱等调味品倒入容器中,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.将调味汁倒入锅中。
  • 8.再把日本豆腐倒入锅中,轻轻翻炒,裹上汤汁即可装盘。
