焖饭也算是懒人饭,饭菜一锅出,添加腊肉味道也更加香浓。

Steps to make 腊肉焖饭

  • 1.腊肉需要提前清洗,用刀刮净表面的污渍,上锅蒸20分钟
  • 2.准备大米和其他材料;胡萝卜、土豆去皮洗净切丁,蒸好的腊肉切片
  • 3.炒锅不放油,放入腊肉小火煸炒,煸出油脂,
  • 4.放入葱蒜、胡萝卜丁翻炒,几分钟后放入土豆丁炒匀;我没有放盐调味,腊肉比较咸
  • 5.大米淘洗干净,放入电饭锅中
  • 6.炒好的菜倒入电饭锅中,用饭勺稍微拌一下;加入水与蔬菜齐平即可
  • 7.用电饭煲的米饭功能,二十几分钟后,等着吃饭就OK
  • 8.香喷喷的腊肉焖饭,来一碗哦
