Steps to make 低糖无油爆米花

  • 1.将玉米粒洗净,擦掉表面水分。
  • 2.倒入转笼中,将转轴从中间插入,扣好盖子,先放到一边。
  • 3.将ACA空气炸烤箱预热,选择转笼功能,设置170度,加热10分钟。预热好之后将转笼安装好。
  • 4.以200度加热12分钟左右。加热过程中转笼会自动慢慢旋转,保证玉米粒均匀受热,依次爆开。
  • 5.待玉米粒都爆开了,取出转笼,在爆米花上撒少许糖霜,扣上盖子摇晃几下,利用余温让糖霜融化。口感微甜,香脆可口的爆米花就做好了。
