买了小麦胚芽准备做吐司,实在是家人对单一吐司不怎么热爱,所有又想起自己做的玫瑰酱了,加了一些在面团里!后来想想还是包点奶酪蜜豆馅吧!

  • 小麦胚芽30g
  • 红糖20g
  • 玫瑰酱40g
  • 鸡蛋40g
  • 淡奶油90g
  • 2g
  • 酵母3g
  • 黄油30g
  • 80g
  • 奶酪90g
  • 淡奶油40g
  • 糖粉40g
  • 蜜豆50g

Steps to make 奶酪蜜豆小平头

  • 1.先把蛋液、淡奶油、水、红糖、盐放入桶内
  • 2.加人高粉、酵母和小麦胚芽
  • 3.还加了自制的玫瑰花酱
  • 4.启动和面程序
  • 5.和成团后加入黄油继续和面
  • 6.用了2个程序和成完全阶段后,启动基础发酵,这是40分钟后的样子
  • 7.取出发酵后的面团压扁排气
  • 8.分成12个小面团,松弛15分钟
  • 9.取一碗放入软化的蜜豆90克乳酪、40克淡奶油和40克糖粉和50克蜜豆拌匀成馅
  • 10.6连模提前刷油
  • 11.取一面团压扁擀大,放入奶酪蜜豆馅
  • 12.慢慢收口,撮圆
  • 13.放入模具里,轻轻压一压
  • 14.放入烤箱二次发酵,刷上蛋液
  • 15.放入烤箱后,我在上面压了另一个烤盘,170度烤25分钟左右
  • 16.烤完取出,脱模即可
