  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 细砂糖120g
  • 牛奶50
  • 低筋面粉200g
  • 玉米油200g(或者融化的黄油)
  • 无铝泡打粉6g

Steps to make 柠檬玛德琳

  • 1.鸡蛋打散加入细砂糖搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入混合好的泡打粉和低筋面粉翻拌均匀。
  • 4.加入玉米油(或者融化的黄油)搅拌均匀。
  • 5.盖保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏2小时(或者冷藏过夜,冷藏过的面糊可以更好的膨胀)。
  • 6.把面糊装入裱花袋中(我用了大号的裱花袋正好可以装入全部面糊)。
  • 7.模具上抹油筛低粉,如果不小心撒多了面粉可以把模具倒扣,把多余的面粉倒出来。
  • 8.把面糊挤入模具八分满。
  • 9.放入提前预热好的烤箱180度20分钟。
  • 10.烤好后趁热脱模,放网架上晾凉。
  • 11.柠檬玛德琳出炉。
  • 12.配上一杯无糖的伯爵奶茶,开始享用吧!
