Steps to make 黑芝麻馒头

  • 1.原料备用。
  • 2.所有原料倒入面包机。
  • 3.搅拌均匀。
  • 4.和成面团后, 放在温暖处发酵。
  • 5.发酵到两倍左右大。
  • 6.发好的面团排气,充分揉匀后分成均匀的小剂子。
  • 7.充份揉圆,做成馒头生坯。
  • 8.放入笼内醒发20分钟。
  • 9.冷水上锅蒸,大火烧至水开上汽后,转中大火蒸约13分钟关火,不揭盖,继续焖3分钟即可。
