Steps to make 麻辣凉拌牛肉

  • 1.准备食材:牛腱,香菜,芝麻,线椒,辣椒粉,蒜米,小米椒。
  • 2.切好的牛肉,放小苏打,淀粉,鸡蛋清,生抽,老抽,料酒,食用油,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.搅拌均匀后腌制20分钟。
  • 4.碗里放入:小米椒,线椒,白芝麻,蒜米,花椒粉,孜然粉,辣椒粉。
  • 5.加入热油爆香。
  • 6.然后加入:1小勺白糖,2勺陈醋,2勺生抽,1勺蚝油,少许盐,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.热锅下油,油温三成热倒入腌制好的牛肉,快速翻炒变色,捞起备用。
  • 8.将调好的酱汁倒入牛肉中。
  • 9.加入香菜。
  • 10.搅拌均匀,香味十足。
  • 11.装盘食用。
  • 12.麻辣爽口,鲜香滑嫩。
