  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.猪腰撕去筋膜,处理好后洗净切成十字花刀。

  • 4.生梨切片。
  • 5.锅中放入少量底油,葱姜末爆香后,倒入腌制好的腰花。
  • 6.翻炒至腰花变色后,倒入梨片稍加翻炒。
