今天我要做的这道豆腐渣菜品,加入了大家比较常见的豆豉鲮鱼来制作,提高它的口味和营养价值。

Steps to make 丢弃的美味之豆豉鲮鱼炒豆渣

  • 1.先将豆腐渣滤干水分,放入加入花生油的锅中煎制至熟,两面煎制呈金黄色盛出待用;
  • 2.香菜、青尖椒、圆葱等切成细末待用
  • 3.将豆豉鲮鱼用刀切成细末
  • 4.锅内加入花生油烧热,爆香葱花和干辣椒末
  • 5.将尖椒末,元葱末,香菜末,豆豉鲮鱼末放入进行煸炒
  • 6.接着加入炒好的熟豆腐渣进行煸炒
  • 7.加入盐调味加入适量水炒拌均匀即可出锅装盘
  • 8.装盘造型
