荷香鸭
荷香鸭,荷香味浓,营养丰富。(菜的颜色虽然暗淡了一点,但是很美味。)它原名应该叫做“荷香一品鸭”但是考虑到我做的不够正宗,还是弱弱的叫“荷香鸭”吧!

霉干菜吸收了鸭肉的脂肪,所以鸭肉变的肥而不腻,另外,霉干菜,吸收了肉汁,也变的非常的味美,很下饭。

所有原料,用荷叶包裹,上笼蒸制,有淡淡的荷香味。

鸭子吃的食物多为水生物,故其肉性味甘、寒,入肺胃肾经,有滋补、养胃、补肾、除痨热骨蒸、消水肿、止热痢、止咳化痰等作用。

凡体内有热的人适宜食鸭肉,体质虚弱,食欲不振,发热,大便干燥和水肿的人食之更为有益。

Steps to make 荷香鸭

  • 1.原料备用。
  • 2.荷叶一张备用。
  • 3.鸭肉剁成块。
  • 4.鸭块焯水,冲洗干净。
  • 5.霉干菜,放清水中略煮。
  • 6.清洗干净,挤掉多余水份。
  • 7.生姜切片,葱切段。
  • 8.油锅烧热,下入葱姜,爆香,放入鸭块,倒入料酒和酱油。
  • 9.放入霉干菜。
  • 10.翻炒均匀。加入盐,胡椒粉,调味。
  • 11.大火烧开,改小火烧半小时。
  • 12.荷叶,铺入蒸笼。
  • 13.烧好的鸭块,包入荷叶中。
  • 14.蒸十分钟。
  • 15.装入盅内即可。
