    Steps to make 杂粮馒头

    • 1.普通面粉中加入少量玉米面和荞麦面混合均匀。
    • 2.倒入适量酵母粉。
    • 3.少量多次加入温水,活成软硬适中的面团放温暖处发酵至两倍大。
    • 4.用手指戳一个洞无回缩。
    • 5.取出面团,揉匀排气,分割成若干份的剂子。
    • 6.取一个反复揉匀,搓圆。
    • 7.依次做好所有的面团。
    • 8.放入蒸屉里面二次发酵十五分钟。
    • 9.开火上汽后蒸二十分钟即可关火。
