香葱鸡腿
香葱鸡腿是个充满浓浓葱味的菜,我最喜欢的是洋葱特有的甜,与鸡肉的甜非常和谐呀,反正吃起来就是鲜。洋葱是个补钙小能手,有助于增加骨密度 防止骨质疏松,同时也可以防癌抗癌,延缓衰老,鸡肉也是个有营养,滋补养身作用的好食材,适于热炒、炖汤,冷食凉拌也别有风味;鸡腿用白切的方法做出来特别嫩滑,不知不觉就吃撑了...做这个菜共动用了两个锅,一个炒锅,一个汤锅,嘻嘻,一个吃货家中的锅肯定是塞满厨房的,哈,我也不例外,总觉得这个锅不错,那个锅也很好;这不我又刚在喜地商城剁手了一个日本的吉川不锈钢锅,买这个锅主要目的是煲汤,因锅身较高,适合做整鸡,比如泡浸白切鸡等...这个原装进口的锅,锅体是哑光,哈哈,照相就不用担心走光了,汤锅3层不锈钢,导热好快,电磁炉和煤气炉都通用...在喜地经常看到便宜品质又良好进口货,还有好可爱的餐具,拍照正好,好想全部拥有呀,买买买...

Steps to make 香葱鸡腿

  • 1.各材料
  • 2.小火烧至水微沸下鸡腿、一支葱,姜片、酒、盐
  • 3.鸡腿泡5分钟后,把鸡腿用铲起,露在空气中3分钟左右,重复3次
  • 4.再把鸡腿投入锅里,小火煮20分钟
  • 5.20分钟后关火
  • 6.开盖让鸡腿泡汤汁里至晾凉
  • 7.洋葱、小葱、姜切细
  • 8.热锅下山茶油爆香洋葱、小葱、姜
  • 9.鸡腿砍件,把姜葱等淋在面,再佐点蘸露,即可食用
