芋圆烧仙草
以前,和蜜蜜们逛街逛累了就到甜品店吃一碗芋圆烧仙草,第一次吃的时候觉得这个芋圆很新奇,为什么很这么Q这么有弹性。一次偶然的机会,看到了二姨妈家做的芋圆汤,学来和大家一起分享。

  • 小西米100克
  • 红薯100克
  • 葛根粉80克2份
  • 椰汁250ML4瓶

Steps to make 芋圆烧仙草

  • 1.红薯、紫薯入蒸锅蒸熟,去皮,各称100克待用。
  • 2.仙草粉40克入碗,加150ML凉水搅拌均匀。
  • 3.锅中放1000ML凉水煮开,搅拌好的烧仙草倒入,边煮边搅拌,要煮开,3分钟后熄火。
  • 4.把煮好的仙草粉倒入碗内,晃动使基平铺,轩于阴凉处,冷却后放冰箱冷藏2-5小时。(待仙草冻成型,用湿刀缓慢,停顿的把凝成果冻的烧仙草切成块状。)
  • 5.锅里放大量清水烧开水,放入西米,经常搅动,以防粘在一起,待西米变成透明状就是熟了
  • 6.捞出西米,碗里放开水,待用
  • 7.80克葛根粉加100克红薯泥,放用料理机打,待打匀后倒出搓成汤圆状。紫苗同样。
  • 8.锅内烧开水,把芋圆放进去煮,煮到浮起来,捞出。
  • 9.做好的芋圆,烧仙草,小西米。可根据自己的口味,加入椰子汁,牛奶或水果等调味。
  • 10.美味可口的烧仙草芋圆汤成了。
