枣泥月饼
每年中秋节都会给长辈亲戚们送月饼,今年自己做,馅是自己做,皮是自己做,糖浆也是自己做,给家人一个大大的惊喜,自己也可以用无糖糖浆做给家中的老人吃,可以说自己香做啥样的都可以,随心所欲,看看来你就明白月饼有多简单。

  • 低筋面粉200克
  • 转化糖浆140克
  • 玉米油40克
  • 枧水3克
  • 奶粉10克

Steps to make 枣泥月饼

  • 1.转化糖浆和玉米油,梘水一起拌匀。
  • 2.加入低筋粉用硅胶铲拌匀。
  • 3.抓成团后醒约1小时。
  • 4.把自制枣泥馅按照30克一个称重团成球。
  • 5.把面团按照一个20克称重团成球,月饼模具洗净擦干备用。
  • 6.把面团按扁,把枣泥馅放上。
  • 7.用虎口慢慢收紧。
  • 8.直到把口封住,团成圆球。
  • 9.把月饼模具中撒点干面粉防粘,把包好馅的圆球放上。
  • 10.压到烤盘中,就完成月饼坯的制作。
  • 11.把月饼喷薄薄的一层水。
  • 12.烤箱200度预热5分钟,把月饼放入改190度烤5分钟定型,拿出刷上薄薄的一层蛋黄液(蛋黄液是按照一个蛋黄加上一点点清水拌匀)。
  • 13.烤箱170度烤10分钟即可。
