香肠
去年成功的做过一次香肠,味道一直念念不忘。今年大雪节气开始动手,经过20天的等候,美味又可以上桌了~

Steps to make 香肠

  • 1.新鲜食材准备好~
  • 2.盐用花椒炒出香味,炒好后去掉花椒待用
  • 3.肉切成小丁
  • 4.将所有材料倒一起搅拌均匀,腌制半小时
  • 5.肠衣套在模子上套好~
  • 6.灌肉的时候手太油没拍照片,这个是灌好的肠~
  • 7.灌好的肠每节绑上绳子然后用牙签在每节肠上轻轻戳几下放气~
  • 8.头几天有阳光的日子拿出去晒一晒,然后拿到阴凉通风处挂着风干~
