炒面三明治
夏天的气温就是高。晚上8点多和好面,10点半左右就发了,当下就能把面包烤出来。第二天早晨在把熟面和配菜稍微炒一炒,把面夹到面包里,哈哈O(∩_∩)O~~又有面又有面包的双重主食早餐就做好啦~

  • 高筋面粉120g
  • 熟面15g
  • 卷心菜5g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 白砂糖10g
  • 食盐3g
  • 酵母2g
  • 黄油8g
  • 植物油3ml
  • 生抽2ml

Steps to make 炒面三明治

  • 1.高筋面粉放入面包桶中,对角线放入白砂糖和1g盐,中间放入酵母。
  • 2.根据面粉的吸水性适量的添加牛奶,开始第一次和面程序。
  • 3.程序结束后,放入室温软化的黄油,开始第二次和面程序。
  • 4.室温进行一发。
  • 5.拿出来面团排气。
  • 6.将面团分成三份,松弛15分钟左右。
  • 7.那一份面团擀开,压薄底部,从上至下紧紧地卷起来。
  • 8.揉搓成橄榄形状,放到烤盘中。
  • 9.烤箱中放入一碗热水,进行二发。
  • 10.二发后取出。
  • 11.刷一层蛋液。
  • 12.预热烤箱,上下火180度20分钟左右。
  • 13.将卷心菜切丝,鸡蛋打匀摊成蛋饼,也切成丝,准备好熟面。
  • 14.预热锅子,倒入植物油,放入卷心菜丝儿。
  • 15.卷心菜稍微翻炒以后,放入熟面和鸡蛋丝。
  • 16.加入少许生抽和剩余2g食盐,搅拌均匀就可以出锅了。
  • 17.面包中间对半切开,但不切断。
  • 18.放入炒好的面团。
  • 19.撒点儿黑胡椒。
  • 20.哈哈~O(∩_∩)O~~
  • 21.开吃啦~ヾ(≧O≦)〃嗷~
