    • 1.发酵粉用温水化开,与普通面粉混合。

    • 10.杏鲍菇先切成大片,和木耳一起入开水锅里面烫半分钟,捞出过凉切碎。

    • 12.面团发酵成功,这时候来活馅儿。
    • 13.猪肉馅先加少许清水调开,再放入少许黄豆酱油,生抽,鸡精,香油,五香粉,盐,花生油,葱姜末,朝一个方向搅拌均匀。
    • 14.放入虾仁鸡蛋。
    • 15.把胡萝卜,香芹,杏鲍菇,木耳一起放入盆里。
    • 16.朝一个方向搅拌均匀。
    • 17.面团加少许干面粉揉匀排气,先揪成长条状,再分割成大小均匀的剂子,擀成圆片,依次做好所有的包子坯子。
    • 18.冷水入锅放入蒸锅里面二次发酵十分钟。
    • 19.一共蒸了两屉。
    • 20.开火上汽后蒸八分钟,等二分钟再开锅,防止表面回缩起皱。
