    • 1.粉丝用清水浸泡至软。

    • 4.起油锅,油热后放入葱姜爆香。
    • 5.挖入一汤匙郫县豆瓣酱。
    • 6.小火炒至出红油。
    • 7.倒入腌渍过的牛肉末,小火炒散。
    • 8.炒至牛肉变色后,倒入清水,大火煮开后改小火煮10分钟。
    • 9.调入一汤匙白糖,增鲜。
    • 10.放入粉丝,小火翻炒,细火煮5分钟收汁即可。
