提子棍面包
以前每次做面包自己都要涂上一层薄薄的蛋液。加上黄油,后来慢慢的越来越不喜欢这两样东西加进去。喜欢橄榄油的清香。喜欢没有蛋液的腥味。带点法棍式的。但是没有那么硬邦邦。非常的柔软。

  • 高筋面粉400g
  • 橄榄油15g
  • 酵母6g
  • 提子干120g
  • 奶粉10g
  • 白糖20g
  • 8g
  • 清水200g

Steps to make 提子棍面包

  • 1.面包机内放入清水,白糖。盐,橄榄油。
  • 2.加入高筋面粉和奶粉。放酵母。启动和面程序。
  • 3.葡萄干洗净切碎。
  • 4.和面30分钟后加入葡萄干碎,再和面20分钟。
  • 5.和好的面团整理好放容器用保鲜膜封住。
  • 6.放烤箱发酵1小时。底部放一碗热水。
  • 7.然后整理成椭圆形卷起来二次发酵至两倍大,(整理的图片漏拍了)
  • 8.底部照样放碗热水。烤箱预热140度,上下火烤20分钟即可。
  • 9.成品。
