    Steps to make 盐水猪肝

    • 1.原料,猪肝放入清水中泡三个小时,中间多换几次水。
    • 2.泡去血水的猪肝淋干水,加入料酒、三大勺食盐。
    • 3.加入花椒粒抓匀腌渍2个小时。
    • 4.腌渍了2个小时的猪肝冲洗干净。
    • 5.锅中放清水置火上,倒入所有调料,放入腌渍好的猪肝。
    • 6.倒入料酒,大火烧沸,转中小火煮至猪肝熟透即可关火。
    • 7.卤好的猪肝捞出晾凉,(如果不立刻吃可以刷上一层香油,防止表皮风干)
    • 8.吃时切片即可。也可以用香油、蒜泥、香醋、调成蘸料来吃。
