  • 1.首先,准备材料。
  • 2.将材料切好备用。
  • 3.鸡蛋豆腐切块后撒少许淀粉裹匀
  • 4.煎锅中加入少许食用油,将鸡蛋豆腐放入锅中小火煎。
  • 5.两面煎至金黄出锅备用。
  • 6.煎豆腐的锅不用刷,直接利用剩下来的油中火加入圆葱翻炒。
  • 7.加入胡萝卜片翻炒几下。
  • 8.加入煎好的鸡蛋豆腐。
  • 9.加入小石窑红烧汁。
  • 10.加入青椒块翻炒均匀收汁出锅。
