咸骨芋头粥

Steps to make 咸骨芋头粥

  • 1.排骨用盐和料酒提前一晚腌制。
  • 2.排骨焯水。
  • 3.排骨洗净沥干。
  • 4.排骨放入锅中炒干水分,不用放油。
  • 5.大米淘洗二遍,放入炒干的排骨。
  • 6.锅中放少少油。
  • 7.放入切成小块的芋头,炒一分钟左右,炒香。
  • 8.芋头放入电饭煲中。
  • 9.加适量开水。
  • 10.按稀饭键。开煮。
  • 11.煮好了。
  • 12.翻匀一下 。
  • 13.撒上葱花。因为腌排骨放盐了,所以不用放了。喜欢咸口的试试口味,再酌情加适量。
