  • 1.蛋液、糖、植物油混合搅拌均匀为A(蛋液留一丝丝,后面刷桃酥用)
  • 2.面粉、泡打粉、小苏打混合
  • 3.混合粉过筛入A中
  • 4.搅拌均匀
  • 5.搅拌出絮状
  • 6.搓揉成团
  • 7.烤盘铺油纸,面团分为25g一团
  • 8.按压成圆形,桃酥的纹理会自然开裂
  • 9.平面刷上蛋液
  • 10.烤箱中层180°烤制15分钟,可以根据自己家的烤箱来改变烤制时长
  • 11.桃酥烤制两面金黄即可
  • 12.配上酸奶吃
  • 13.配牛奶、配豆浆都可以
  • 14.完啦~~~
