  • 1.把材料准备好。
  • 2.鸡蛋磕进碗里,打散。
  • 3.黄油溶化,加入砂糖里。

  • 6.用打蛋器或橡皮刀搅拌,使面粉与黄油充分混合。这时的面糊会显颗粒状。
  • 7.分次加入蛋液。
  • 8.要充分搅拌均匀。
  • 9.要搅拌得非常柔顺。搅拌好的面糊呈丝带状,即拉起来时往下滴的面糊一条直线。
  • 10.加入海苔碎。
  • 11.并搅拌均匀。
  • 12.取一勺蛋卷糊倒入模具中。
  • 13.盖上手柄上的扣,中小火煎烤10秒左右,闻到香香的蛋卷味时,反面,再继续煎烤10秒。
  • 14.煎烤的时候,可以打开看看,模具的热量循环的非常快,烤到自己喜欢的颜色就行了。
  • 15.取出,趁热用筷子从一头卷起,并轻轻压一下定型,然后抽出筷子。
  • 16.香喷喷的海苔蛋卷就做好了。
