香蕉软饼干

  • 朗姆酒10ml
  • 鸡蛋黄1个
  • 香蕉120克
  • 小苏打1.5克

Steps to make 香蕉软饼干

  • 1.香蕉放小锅中用勺子碾成泥(最好用不粘锅)
  • 2.把香蕉泥置于火上大火煮至冒泡转小火收干水分(要不停搅拌以免煳锅)
  • 3.煮好的香蕉泥晾凉备用
  • 4.软化的黄油加糖用打蛋器打一分钟
  • 5.加入蛋黄继续打一分钟左右
  • 6.加入冷却的香蕉泥搅打均匀
  • 7.此时成比较蓬松的状态
  • 8.筛入低粉和小苏打的混合物,用刮刀翻拌成面团
  • 9.此时的面团相当粘手,放入冰箱冷冻半小时左右
  • 10.冰冻后的面团很硬,迅速整形
  • 11.切成0.5厘米左右的厚片
  • 12.烤箱预热190度,烤10分钟左右
  • 13.烤好啦,表面金黄,香气浓郁,晾凉开吃吧
